CHINA

Chinese art has varied through history and is continuously changing even with influence of western culture today. early forms of chinese art were made from pottery and jade. in early imperial china, porcelain was introduced and began to be refined up to the point that in english today, the word china is now synonymous with refined porcelain.

New forms of Chinese art were heavily influenced by the New culture Movement, which adopted western techniques and employed social realism. The cultural revolution has greatly shaped Chinese art and chinese artists have continued to produce a wide range of works which have become very popular in the international art market.

Art

Encompassing music, literature, film, photography, sculpture and paintings, art has been around for centuries and still a major influence on the way we think, act and see things in our world today. Traditionally, art was used to refer to any skill or mastery. This condition has changed drastically since the romantic era where art came to be seen as "a special faculty of the human mind to be classified with religion and science". I personally would like to define art as "a window through which individuals or people discover themselves and relate to the society"

Art could be used in expressing one's mood or feelings which would be reflected in their works.Sadly, not everyone can truly express their feeling through paintings, movie or literature as this generally refers to an artiste who is talented in some area. that is to say, everyone has some form of art in mind, but expression is what truely defines art.

Talking about business today, art is a major influence and selling point. from popular literature like Oliver Twist, Gulliver's travels to the Harry Potter series, from movies like  Titanic to Avatar in three dimensional picture, art form is constantly changing and improving. Tv commercials, programs and the internet  daily emphasize the importance of art in our lives. some of these commercials cost lots of cash to air in order to pass across a certain message. web pages, pictures, videos and pop up displays are also a function of art.

Science exists, but not without some form of art. the clothes we wear have art on them(including all the crazy designs and the different ways in which people wear clothes today). essentially, art is everywhere, art is a major influence on human existence. we all experience art everyday of our lives in one way way or the other.
